Boxing

Today I learned the basic 1, 2 combination and learned how to make my stance when boxing. I also made a work out routine, which will include push-up, sit-ups, punching bag, hip moving, curls, treed mill, and weights only on my legs. I'll eat healthily as well. This will be happening 4 times a week, though i'll only see my boxing instructor once a week and weighing myself every sat to see how much I've lost.

Creative Writing Club

When I think about it my overall C.A.S was about finished, I wanted to get help on a poem, get confident on submitting the poem and get it published. I've done all those things, yet I still feel like I am going to remain in CWC, so I can get more help for future pieces for the future Sturgians and help other aspiring writers.

Today, we just about finished getting all the paper work like the insurance forms etc.. to be mailed out to the mentors, and I'm finally finished with my piece for the show which will be in late May, right now I'm getting it ready to be framed.

Today, i finished the year calendar of all the incoming work; when it was open to public then closed and shipped back. Also I started to get envelopes ready to be mailed out to all the inters for up coming things. And worked on my piece.
